A Pre Bike Fit is designed for cyclists looking to purchase a new bike and wanting confidence they are choosing the right size, geometry, and model for their body, riding style, and goals.
This session focuses on guiding your bike choice before money is spent. We assess your current bike fit, riding position, and intended use to ensure your next bike will support comfort, performance, and long-term progression.
A Pre Bike Fit is ideal for:
Cyclists planning to buy a new road, gravel, triathlon, or TT bike
Riders upgrading from an entry-level bike
Cyclists unsure between sizes or models
Riders wanting to avoid buying the wrong bike
PRE BIKE FIT INCLUSIONS
Your Pre Bike Fit session runs for approximately 1.5 hours and includes:
A detailed discussion of your cycling background, current training, and riding goals
Review and assessment of your current bike position, if applicable
Body measurements relevant to bike sizing and geometry
Analysis of multiple bike options of your choice
Size and geometry recommendations across different brands and models
Comparison of proposed bikes relative to your current bike and intended purpose
Guidance on frame sizing, stack and reach, and contact point considerations
WHAT TO BRING
Current Shoes and cleats (if applicable)
Current bike (primary bike)
Cycling kit (bib shorts and jersey or whatever you currently ride in)
