THE PEDALER RUNNING ASSESSMENT

At The Pedaler, we love to run! We are a practice driven by multisport, and running is at the heart of this pursuit. We believe almost anyone can run, and run with comfort.

A running assessment is the embodiment of this belief. Whilst we can all run, most of us could do it better. Getting some expert tips from our running Physiotherapists and Podiatrists could make you run faster and without pain.

A running assessment includes a thorough examination of your strength, range and quality of motion. We also look at the biomechanics of your feet and discuss which shoes we feel would be ideal for your running style and type.

We then get you onto our treadmill and get you running. Based upon the combination of both your physical assessment and your running technique, our practitioners will work with you to look for improvements and provide tips and strategies for making your style more fluent and pain free.

As we are a multidisciplinary clinic, we can also set you up with hands-on remedial treatment with our therapists if you need to work on those kinks. We can also prescribe footwear and running orthotics through our team of podiatrists if this is indicated.
